Wilson, Hull and Neal has been a leader in Atlanta’s commercial real estate market since their inception in 1972. Planning Interiors worked collaboratively with Wilson, Hull and Neal to transform their office into a modern, functional space that reflects their commitment to specialized client service. The emphasis was on creating a contemporary atmosphere with added private areas featuring a lounge feel. This new design aimed to cater to various needs, providing spaces for collaborative work, private offices, and inviting areas to host clients and guests.

 

Situated along a serene wooded area of West Midtown, the design focused on incorporating natural tones and rustic elements to blend the workspace with its surroundings. The result is a harmonious fusion of modern aesthetics and natural elements, providing a unique and inviting ambiance. The new floor plan was strategically designed to open up the space, enhancing brightness and creating a more open workspace. The juxtaposition of concrete floors and a white, open-structured ceiling is balanced with warm earthy tones incorporated into the new wet bar, island and furniture, creating a visually pleasing and comfortable environment. One of the highlights of this project was the integration of a lounge specifically designed for a new golf simulator. This addition not only adds a recreational touch but also emphasizes the progressive and dynamic nature of Wilson, Hull and Neal’s business approach.
