Lenox Park Flex Suite
Planning Interiors collaborated with our Client, Bridge Commercial Real Estate, to renovate a Buckhead office park tower establishing a second-floor centralized Hub for flexible tenant lease space. The Second Floor was ideally chosen due to its partial demolition stage and views to the central park between commercial buildings. It was important to create an open, community-based environment off the corridor connecting the flexible office suites.
The architectural design key components were raising ceiling heights to structure in the Hub, while lifting-up the ceiling grid inside suites to further open spaces and providing new modern restrooms. Focus was placed upon high quality design through selecting all new lighting, HVAC, adding interior glazing to central hub and Suite entries to maintain openness, as well as upgrading life safety and security devices while providing custom finishes and quality millwork throughout the floor.
