Jackson Dodsworth, Lake Lanier Home

Our Client was recommended by a valued friend to interview the Planning Interiors residential team. The Client had the desire to expand and renovate an inherited 1960’s Lake Home with the life-style decision focused on “a move up to the lake.” The original home was a rustic A-Frame cabin. The overall concept was to fully open-up the old A-Frame structure and to add two contemporary side wings with one end having a flowing-together Dining and Kitchen Area with ample organized storage. Then, adding-on a spacious Master Bedroom wing with an on-suite Bathroom and suitable storage. Numerous amenities were desired including a lofty screen porch and grand decks facing the lake. A new detached garage mimics the contemporary architecture and provides complete storage for all lake activity equipment.
