Packsize’s flagship Experience Center was designed to be more than an office or showroom. It is an immersive environment created to engage visitors and allow them to truly experience the brand, technology, and possibilities within the space.

A modern, luxe industrial design sets the tone by combining raw, authentic materials with refined finishes to create an environment that feels both sophisticated and thought-provoking. As visitors move through the space, the design unfolds into a multi-dimensional area showcasing equipment, technology, and the process of developing right-size boxes. 

The space also serves as a destination for hosting, entertainment, and collaboration with a flexible hosting area that can transition seamlessly between open and enclosed configurations. An operable glass partition with clerestory glass above provides flexibility while maintaining visual connection and openness throughout the space.

Key design elements begin at the entry, where recessed illuminated shelving provides the perfect place for company awards. A life-size Packsize logo created with moss introduces a natural element, while a Vestaboard message display adds a dynamic, technology-driven feature. Acoustical linear wood elements bring warmth, texture, and visual rhythm to the entry experience. 

Attention to detail continues throughout the office area, including illuminated demountable partitions that serve as architectural features in their own right, complemented by Venetian-style textured walls. 

The boardroom continues the modern industrial aesthetic with exposed warm brick insets, illuminated display shelving, and suspended acoustical wood box beams hanging from the exposed structure above. The combination of brick, wood, and metal creates a layered material palette that balances the raw character of the architecture with a refined, sophisticated feel.

The office breakroom introduces another distinctive design moment through its organically shaped quartz island, creating a sculptural focal point and a more natural, approachable gathering space.

Throughout the Experience Center, architectural acoustical clouds are designed to appear as unfolding boxes, creating a direct visual connection to Packsize’s core product and technology. These sculptural elements are complemented by an illuminated media wall, further reinforcing the connection between the physical environment, technology, and the Packsize experience.

Together, these materials, technology, flexibility, and unique design elements create a space that is not simply viewed, but truly “experienced”.  Every detail was intentionally designed to tell the Packsize story while creating an environment that inspires interaction, collaboration, and discovery.
